One of the first things you should do upon setting up your VideoConnect account is to create user Groups for sharing your video content internally. Once you have created user groups you can publish videos internally to just certain groups and not others.
To create groups, click the Administer link in the top right of the VideoConnect UI and then click on the sub-menu item: Groups.
From there you can create groups for all the different departments in your company you will sharing videos with by entering the group name in the text bubble and clicking the "Add new" button.
Once you have added groups to your VideoConnect account, you will be able to see them in the Publish Step when you are managing your individual videos and you will be able to choose which groups you would like to share your video with.
