How do I add new users to my VideoConnect account?

To create new users, click the Administer link in the top right of the VideoConnect UI and then click on the sub-menu item: Users.


From there you can create new users by clicking the "Add new" button. Once you get to the New User page, put in the new users First Name, Last Name and email.  If you want the user to be able to view and edit any videos uploaded to your account, you can choose to make them an Administrator user.  If you choose to make the user a regular user, they will only be able to view videos that they upload and are in their groups. Regular users also will only be able to edit videos in that they personally upload. Regular users are also only able to publish videos internally to the groups that they are in. 



If you would like to add large groups of users to your account at once and do not want to manually add every user individually, you can contact VideoConnect Support for a one time mass import.
